Alpine Travel & Tours Inc. Disclaimer

General Information: These terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") govern the relationship between Alpine Travel & Tours Inc., doing business as Alpine Travel ("we/us/our"), and you, the purchaser and/or traveler ("Client," "passenger," "you/your"). By planning travel with Alpine Travel, you agree to be bound by these terms and acknowledge that Alpine Travel acts solely as a booking agent for disclosed principal supplier tour operators, cruise lines, hotels, airlines, air charters, bus companies, ground transportation, boat purveyors or owners, and other independent contractors providing accommodations, transportation, and other services ("Supplier(s)"). Alpine Travel is not the source or provider of the travel services.

These terms include warranties, disclaimers, and exclusions of liability that may limit your rights and remedies and provide protection to Alpine Travel.

Responsibility: Alpine Travel & Tours Inc. acts solely as an intermediary between you and various travel service providers, including airlines, hotels, tour operators, and transportation companies. We are not responsible for the actions, errors, or omissions of these providers. It is your responsibility to review the terms and conditions of the service providers, and we are not liable for any direct or indirect losses, delays, or accidents incurred during your travel.

Payments and Cancellations: All payments for travel are due prior to departure according to each supplier’s terms and conditions of booking. Failure to make final payment or any violation of a supplier’s conditions of purchase may result in cancellation of your reservations, denial of access to any flights, tours, hotels, cruises, or other travel services, or forfeiture of any monies paid for your reservations. In some cases, there is no refund once a booking is made and a deposit is placed. You may not be entitled to a refund if you change or cancel your travel plans after confirmation of a booking.

All cancellation requests must be sent to Alpine Travel & Tours Inc. in writing. As a result of cancellation, Alpine Travel & Tours Inc. and third-party suppliers’ cancellation penalties will apply. These cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card or other payment method you authorized to pay for travel services or deducted from the supplier’s refund, as applicable.

Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost or stolen belongings. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that you have either secured travel insurance or accept the risks involved in traveling without it.

Travel Documentation: You are responsible for ensuring that you have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required vaccinations. Children, infants, and pets may also require appropriate documentation for travel. Minors traveling with only one parent, or without both parents, may be stopped and not admitted unless authenticated and verified consent forms are provided to the authorities. For additional information, please refer to cbp.gov/travel.

Additionally, U.S. Customs and Border Protection requires that groups of children under age 19, arriving in the United States by land or sea from contiguous territories and traveling with a school group, religious group, social or cultural organization, or sports team, may present an original or copy of their birth certificate, a Consular Report of Birth Abroad, or a Naturalization Certificate. Written parental or legal guardian consent must also be provided to the supervising adult or group leader.

When you receive any and all travel documents such as tickets, itinerary, etc., it is your responsibility to review and verify all information for accuracy. Contact Alpine Travel & Tours Inc. immediately if changes or corrections are required.

Failure to obtain the necessary documents may result in denied boarding or entry, and Alpine Travel & Tours Inc. accepts no liability for such outcomes.

Health and Immunizations: You must have the proper immunizations, health screenings, and required documentation before travel. Alpine Travel & Tours Inc. shall not assume responsibility for the accuracy of health, vaccination, or documentation prior to departure or upon arrival at the final destination. In some cases, required inoculations must be recorded by your health practitioner on a valid vaccination certificate, which you must carry as proof of inoculation. If you have concerns about taking any medications or receiving certain inoculations, consult with your health practitioner before booking.
